The GEO Audit
A human-led, two-week review of how AI answers describe your brand, including competitive analysis and a prioritized implementation roadmap. Use the findings to decide which changes are worth making.
- AI-visibility baseline across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity & Claude: mention rate, recommendation rate, owned-site citation rate, share of voice, and cited sources for ~15–20 buyer prompts
- Documented prompt wording, collection dates, response counts, and counting rules
- Technical legibility audit: schema, entity consistency, content extractability
- Competitor and source comparison, with evidence separated from hypotheses
- A prioritized 90-day GEO roadmap + a findings readout call
What the measurement means
Each report describes a specific panel of buyer questions, engines, markets, and collection dates.
| Measure | Numerator / denominator |
|---|---|
| Mention rate | Valid answers that name your brand / all valid answers |
| Recommendation rate | Valid answers that positively recommend your brand / all valid answers |
| Owned-site citation rate | Valid answers linking to your domain as a source / all valid answers |
| Share of voice | Your counted brand appearances / appearances of all brands in the declared comparison set |
Illustrative example: a brand named in 20 of 100 valid answers has a 20% mention rate. If only 10 answers positively recommend it, its recommendation rate is 10%. A source link is counted separately.
The written scope sets the prompt panel, repetitions, collection surface, competitor set, and handling of failed requests or refusals. Reports show valid and excluded counts. Changed panels, model versions, and collection conditions are marked before comparing periods.
A sampled panel describes those questions under those conditions. It does not measure every buyer, the whole market, or revenue attributable to AI. Observed source patterns support hypotheses; they do not reveal a model’s internal decision process.

Pricing questions
How is your pricing structured?
The $5,500 audit establishes a sampled baseline and prioritized roadmap. Monthly retainers fund agreed implementation and repeat measurement. The free introductory call is separate from the paid audit; scope and terms are confirmed before either paid engagement begins.
What's the difference between the audit and a retainer?
The audit documents how your brand appears in a defined sample of AI answers and which gaps to address, in priority order. A retainer is the ongoing execution: addressing agreed schema, entity, and content gaps, then re-measuring.
Which tier is right for me?
Start with a free call to assess fit. If an audit is useful, its findings help define the implementation scope before you choose a retainer.
How do you measure results?
We report mentions, positive recommendations, owned-site source citations, and share of voice separately. Every rate names its denominator and collection conditions. The scope specifies engines, markets, prompt panel, repeats, valid responses, and how errors are handled. A change in the panel starts a new comparison series.
Do you run paid media, or only GEO?
We are GEO-led. Paid media is available as a supporting layer on Growth and Command, but we do not sell standalone paid campaigns. That is not where our edge is.
Is the audit credited if I sign a retainer?
Yes. The full $5,500 audit fee is credited toward your first invoice if you start a retainer within 30 days.
Not sure where you stand in AI search?
The free checker offers a narrow brand-description check and asks for an email before showing results. A competitive baseline is a separate paid audit.
